Player Registration 2009

To train and play with Cornwall Crusaders Rugby Club all members must be registered with Rugby Canada for administration and insurance purposes. Players intending to train therefore must register prior to their beginning training, players can be registered at any point throughout the season.

Print and fill out the above form - ensure to include your email address and phone number. Give the completed form and registration fee to Ed Irvine at training. If you are unable to print out the form copies will be available from training.

Club dues this year are $200 for all players. Cash or Cheques are fine, please make cheques payable to Cornwall Crusaders Rugby Club.
